Q: What are my subscription options?
Subscriptions to “The Life Skills Master Class” are available on a first come – first serve basis as we limit the class size to ensure everyone gets personal interaction with the experts and teachers during the live events – a monthly rate of $27.00 which gives you full streaming access to both weekly audios and videos as well any digital downloads that may be used throughout the course material. Plus, full access to any live online events. Usually at least one per month. If your membership expires, you will no longer be able to access content.
Q: Can I subscribe mid-month?
I did not subscribe on the first of the month, but I have been charged for a full month. Am I losing anything by signing up later in the month?
Subscribing to “The Life Skills Master Class” is like subscribing to an on-line university class. Each class is complete at the time of launch. You will have full access to everything contained in each class that you have subscribed to for as long as your membership is current. Discussion boards and other community-driven content are ongoing and accessible as long as you are a member.
If your membership expires, you will no longer have access to the content.
Q: What does a class contain?
On the first of each month “The Life Skills Master Class” will launch a new class for the month. There is only one class per month that is divided into (4) weekly sections. A class contains a featured seminar, several shorter Question & Answer videos or audios, exclusive content from Steven Diamond, and a guided visual meditation. In addition to the live monthly on-line events, and other surprises – including celebrity guests and featured speakers who will be available for live answer and question sessions.
Q: I am not satisfied with my purchase. What is your refund policy?
If you are paying the per-month rate of $27.00, there can be no refund unless it can be shown that you have not viewed any of the material. Members who paid the discounted, upfront, one time subscriber rate of $464.00 per year (That’s a $100 Savings) for the Full Media Package will be refunded as follows: Each class is valued at $27.00 per month. For each month viewed, we will subtract $27.00 and refund you the balance of your account.
Q: Can I share my password?
We sincerely ask that you do not share your user ID and password with anyone else. To do so would jeopardize our ability to sustain “The Life Skills Master Class” at an affordable rate. Only one user ID per member will be permitted to access to “The Life Skills Master Class” at a time.
Q: Can I log in to my account from different computers?
Yes, but you can only log in from one computer at a time.
Q: How do I watch “The Life Skills Master Class” on my television?
“The Life Skills Master Class” is strictly an Internet-based subscription service, as opposed to a television network available with your cable television service. “The Life Skills Master Class” can only be watched via a computer. If you would like to watch on your television screen, there are a variety of hardware options for connecting your home computer to your television.
Q: I subscribed to “The Life Skills Master Class” and did not receive an email confirmation. Why not?

Q: I cannot view the page properly, what is wrong?
We recommend that “The Life Skills Master Class” be viewed with the Mozilla Firefox or CHROME browser. Other browsers have shown to cause issues with viewing the website properly. While we are working to rectify this, please try using Firefox to view the website to see if this resolves the problem. If it does not, please contact Customer Service for more help.
Q: What is the minimum Internet connection required?
We recommend a basic broadband connection. This will include DSL or Cable modem service with a minimum of 600Kbit download speed.
Q: What is the minimum computer configuration required/recommended?
A basic computer configuration capable of watching YouTube videos will suffice.

Q: I am on a dial-up connection. Will this be okay?
Unfortunately, no.
Q: The preview videos look choppy while playing. Will the videos on the membership site be the same?
The playback of the preview videos will be similar to that experienced in the membership site. You may consider upgrading your Internet service
Q: The video isn’t playing properly.
Choppy and/or freezing video images typically result from slower download speeds. To test your download speed, please visit http://speedtest.primus.ca. If your speed is less than 500 kps [kilobits per second], you may need to upgrade your Internet service for something faster.

Q: I can’t hear the audio properly.
We have found that audio problems most commonly occur due to the following reasons:
1. Your computer’s volume has been muted or turned too low, or your speakers are connected incorrectly. Please verify that this is not the case and try listening to content again.
2. Your Flash Player may be outdated. To make sure you are using the latest available version, please visit: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Q: What is meant by downloading as opposed to streaming access?
Downloading refers to transferring the files from the website to store on your own computer, instead of watching from the website. The option to download the course material is available to yearly paid subscribers only. The benefit of doing this is that you can watch the videos without an internet connection, also you can choose to burn your own CDs or DVDs of the material, or transfer the audio files to your mp3 player (ie. iPod) to listen to on the go.
Downloads are available in audio (mp3) and videos (WMV, mp4) format. Streaming access refers to viewing the videos directly on the website.
Q: Is your website secure?
Yes. Your credit card details are stored on PayPal’s secure server, and we do not have access to your information. Your browser may indicate that the page is secure by showing a blue shade in your Address bar.
Q: Email Notifications
To change your notification settings, go to your Profile, then click the “Edit Profile” tab. On this page, you can enter the email where you would like to receive notifications, remove it, or change to a new email address.

Q: How do I reset my password?
You may reset your password by using the “Forgot Your Password?” feature on the Login page.
Q: I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do this?
To cancel, please remove your credit card number from your profile (Click Profile, then click Modify Payment Information to change billing details). Your account will not be renewed.
Q: How do I access the downloads?
If you are subscribed with the Full Media Package for $224.00 per year (That’s a $100 Savings), automatic access to downloads is included for each issue within the subscription term. To access these downloads, click “Store” and then “My Downloads”.
Q: How do I stop receiving emails from “The Life Skills Master Class”?
Account information can be changed by logging in to your account, then clicking on “Profile”. For billing options, first click “Profile”, then click “Payment Information”.
To stop emails from “The Life Skills Master Class”, simply click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.
Q: Can I purchase previous classes/past-classes? How do I do that?
A “previous class” refers to a class that came out before your subscription became active. These classes can be accessed at anytime on the members welcome page.
Q: Can I get a receipt for my subscription cost?
Please contact Support@StopStressingNow.com for a receipt, and provide your name, address, and the date and time that you subscribed.
Q: When is the live meditation?
We will post a list of events that shows the date and time of live meditations and other broadcasts. We will email you in advance to remind you or to notify you of any changes in our schedule. A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice will be given for the live meditations, and longer for other live events.
Q: How can I ask Steven a question?
Any current member of “The Life Skills Master Class” may submit questions for Steven in written form, and thereby become eligible for possible attendance at future studio recordings of issues of “The Life Skills Master Class”. Steven may choose to answer your question whether or not tickets are available at recording sessions. In either case, you will be acknowledged by Steven’s Staff should your question be chosen. During the live events, you will have direct access to Steven and can ask him anything you want. (Within reason)
Q: I live outside of North America. Will this prevent me from participating in “The Life Skills Master Class”?
Absolutely not. “The Life Skills Master Class”. is available through the medium of the Internet, thus broadcasts are not limited to any time zone or location. Persons may access at any time during the subscription period, once registered as a member. Furthermore, we provide a special Google text translator feature that will translate any written text into over 40 different languages. We are working on having each Video transcribed and available for translations as well. That feature will be forthcoming.
Subscriptions to “Life Skills Master Class” are available as a monthly rate of $27.00 which gives you full streaming access to all textual, audio and video digital content, plus any special downloads of the materials and full participation in all live events via webcam and phone conferencing, as well as the opportunity to win a seat in the audience for filming of an upcoming class.
